How do I confirm and complete my reservation?
Online registration confirms your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email with all details within 24 hours. Full payment is required before check-in via bank transfer or credit card.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations 15-30 days before receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. For bookings within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Can I extend my stay?
Absolutely! Subject to availability, you can extend your stay at any time. Contact reception as early as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I pay for my surf camp on the spot?
No, full payment is required before check-in. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal. This ensures your spot is reserved and all preparations can be made for your arrival.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
We recommend at least 5 nights to fully experience what we offer, but we accept bookings from 2 nights. Our 5-day Learn-to-Surf program requires minimum 5 nights.
