1. Booking and Payment

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before your arrival date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival receive a full refund minus a €50 administrative fee. Cancellations between 14-30 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

3. Travel Insurance

All guests must have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, trip cancellation, and personal liability. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance.

4. Liability

Surfing is an adventure sport that carries inherent risks. By booking with Bisa Surf, you acknowledge these risks and agree that we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during your stay.

5. Conduct

We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the local community. We reserve the right to terminate the stay of any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate without refund.

6. Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage to accommodation, surfboards, or other equipment. Costs for repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest.

7. Changes to Bookings

We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking, subject to availability. Changes requested within 14 days of arrival may incur an administrative fee.

8. Force Majeure

Bisa Surf is not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
